I found frozen corned beef deep in the freezer. It was from 2022 (or was it 2021[@rev]?). I "stir-fried" fresh broccoli until it was largely cooked then added the corned beef. I mixed in Sweet Baby Rays and Sriracha sauce and let it coat well.
This was surprisingly good! Maybe a tad salty but that was okay
